The most important activity a success sales team manager/leader does every day is being out in the field with their team. Most rely solely on results and metrics while they sit behind their desks, look busy and attend management meetings. Your job is to help drive revenue. Chances are you were given the post because you have expertise that can be used to mentor and coach individuals. Being a sales manager that shows a genuine interest in helping his/her team builds championships and motivates a loyal team.
